Warranty Service Guidelines:
-
- OnnoTomo operates as a retail sales center and does not manufacture any products. Therefore, any warranty claims are handled by forwarding the product from the customer to the direct supplier or manufacturer. We follow international standards (depending on the product), local policies, and guidelines set by the Bangladesh Government.
- Proof of Purchase: To claim warranty service, the customer must present a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or other documentation). Warranty claims without proof will not be accepted.
- Warranty Duration: The warranty period may vary depending on product availability and supply constraints.
Warranty Exclusions:
-
- Products without a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, are not covered under warranty.
- Damage due to misuse, such as burns, breakage, dents, tampering, scratches, rust, fungus, or cracks, will void the warranty.
- If the product’s sticker or serial number is missing or illegible, it will not be covered under warranty.
- If internal components or serial numbers are altered or mismatched, the warranty will be void.
- Products that show signs of tampering (such as broken seals or locks) are not covered under warranty.
- Products with excessive scratches or visible damage on the screen are not covered by warranty.
- Products damaged by pests or insects are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Any round or crescent-shaped impact damage to the screen will not be covered by warranty.
- Liquid damage or exposure to liquids that cause internal damage will not be covered by the warranty.
- Warranty claims will not be honored for damages resulting from misuse of the product.
Sales Return Policy:
-
- If a product is unavailable within the specified time frame, customers will be offered an alternative product or a refund. In the case of a refund, the supplier may offer the full purchase price or a partial refund based on the usage period.
- In cases where a product is unavailable, the customer may need to pay an additional amount or accept a price adjustment when opting for an alternative product.
Lifetime Warranty Policy:
A lifetime warranty refers to the warranty provided for a product as long as it is considered commercially available. If a product is discontinued (End of Life – EOL), it will no longer be covered under warranty. Additionally, if a new version of the product is released, the old version will not be covered under the new warranty terms.
Service Warranty Policy:
For products covered by a service warranty, repairs within the warranty limits will not incur additional charges. However, if a replacement part or accessory is required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of those components.
