Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery

    • Within Dhaka City: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
    • Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on the location and accessibility.

Express Delivery

    • Within Dhaka City: 1 Working Day

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

Delivery Fees

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible. Please refer to the following rates:

Standard Delivery

    • Dhaka City: ৳60 for each delivery.
    • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 for each delivery.

Express Delivery: ৳120 within Dhaka City

For orders above ৳2,000, delivery is free within Dhaka City.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the Pathao, Steadfast, or Sundarban Courier Services tracking portals. You can also log in to your OnnoTomo.com account to view order updates.

Delivery Terms

    • Availability: Delivery service is available nationwide in Bangladesh. We strive to cover all areas, but certain remote or high-risk regions may be subject to longer delivery times.
    • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us. You can then arrange for redelivery or refund, minus any applicable fees.
    • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges.
    • Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, please inspect the parcel carefully. If any item is damaged or missing, notify us immediately through our customer service team for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option in select areas. To minimize risks and delays, COD orders may be subject to verification.
